The ArcGIS Desktop 10 GIS software solution is installed on partner-appointed referrer workstations.

• review ArcGIS Desktop 10 technical prerequisites;
• provide 130 GB of disk space for the installation of pre-configured databases (GDB) integrating data covering the Guyanese territory.

Geodatabase and data
tier

Geodatabases (spatialized databases containing geographic information data layers) as well as layer files (files containing data layer properties and representations) that can be used directly on the ArcGIS Desktop 10.0 GIS solution are made available to partner-appointed referrers.

Geoservice "Thematic applications"

Thematic applications accessible via the web are made available to the partners' agents.

Geoservice "Catalog"

A catalog accessible via the web and referencing the geographical information data of the partners is made available to the general public.

Resource Center

This service allows partners to download image data (aerial images, satellite images, etc.) disseminated by the GUYANE SIG Platform.
